72 Hour Heat Pack can only be purchased as an add-on to your plant purchase. We highly recommend purchasing this heat pack during low temperatures. We will not replace damaged or frozen plants during colder months, unless you have purchased a heat pack AND priority mail. In the event there is damage, please provide photos within 24 hours of arrival and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Thank you!
